MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT, JUNE 2017
Dear Members,
I would like to thank the many teachers who attended our general membership meeting on May 31st. It is important that we continue to stay informed about the many challenges that we face as a profession. Our general membership meeting for the 2017-2018 school year will be held on September 27th. Please mark your calendars. I would also like to thank the many teachers who attended our annual Stuff-A-Bus fundraiser. TAL was very successful in collecting an enormous amount of food for the local food pantry. We have included the thankful message that we received in these minutes. I wish you all a very restful summer. Thank you for making my first term as President so rewarding. We have made tremendous progress. I look forward to seeing you all again in September.
