MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT, DECEMBER 2021
Dear Members,
I would like to take this opportunity to wish you all a very happy and healthy holiday season. We are slowly but surely returning to some degree of normalcy in our profession. Although many things will not be the same, many will in fact return to normal.
Please remember those who we have lost over the course of the past two years. As many of you know, we recently learned of the passing of Fran Fontaine. Fran retired from teaching when I was still the head building representative at the middle school. She was always graceful in her approach to negotiating TAL contracts, and she represented our Executive Council with integrity. I would like to extend my sincere condolences to all of her family and friends. She will be missed.
