TAL

The only requirements are that you must join during open enrollment and your whole family must use a Cigna DHMO (Dental Health Maintaince Organization) provider. You may switch your Cigna plan choice during open enrollment only unless you have a life changing event such as a marriage/divorce/birth of child/death. There is no additional cost to you to join this program. This option replaces the DHMO plan offered last year for the actives that had higher copays and therefor wasn’t as rich and beneficial plan as the new one for the TAL members. You have two Cigna Plan choices.

1. DPPO plan you have always had.
2. New DHMO plan outlined above.

Enrollment sheet, summaries of both plans, provider look up directions and other important information is in the attached Zip file. If you have a problem opening the file please try opening it on a regular computer(not a phone or tablet device).
Open enrollment is going on now till June 20th. If you are making a change in your coverage Please return your enrollment form to TAL Office Manager Michele Locascio (micheletalsec@aol.com). If you are MAKING NO CHANGES you do not need to do anything.
The new program is a great program to help you save lots of money on your dental procedures. Cigna representatives will be going around to each of the buildings for one of their Faculty meetings in May or June.
